We offer 6 or 12 month leases. Please add $350.00 to 6 mo. leases.

There is a $25.00 premium for a First Floor Apartment.

Renter’s insurance is required of all City Limits Apartments tenants. Proof must be shown before move-in.

City Limits Apartments prohibits smoking inside any apartment home and all indoor/outdoor amenities.

We are a Spectrum cable or internet property. Satellite dishes are approved under certain circumstances.
